These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the ‘Birds Eye Free Swim Campaign’. Claim and entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion including without limitation the Administrator. Max one claim / entry per person / email receipt. Valid email address, internet access and registration required as well as proof of purchase showing: 

• date of purchase during the Purchase Period and prior to date of registration; 
• which Tesco store the purchase was made at (if purchase was not made online at www.tesco.ie); and 
• details of the qualifying product purchased. 

To be eligible to claim one free swim, participants must have purchased one qualifying product (as defined in clause 3) instore or online from selected Tesco Ireland stores and online across ROI. Participants may claim maximum one free swim per qualifying product purchased. Participants will be entered into the Annual Family Swim Pass prize draw automatically.

4. How to participate: Once a participant has purchased a qualifying Birds Eye Ireland product from Tesco during the Promotional Period, they must visit www.birdseye-freeswim.com by 23:59pm on 14th May 2025 to register their claim. 

1. Participants must enter the below information to register: 
   1. Full name
   2. Current valid email address 
   3. Eircode 
   4. Upload qualifying receipt to claim a free swim and gain entry into the prize draw 

5. The Free Swim: 

1. All eligible participants will receive 1 x free swim session at selected venues across ROI, to the value of €5-€10 (maximum value is €10). 
2. Participants will be validated within 3 working days of registration and sent an email from the Administrator at birdseye@tlcrewards.com to the email address provided, containing a smartlink directing them to browse the venue listings. c)
3. If a claim is deemed invalid, participants will be notified via email and they can attempt to claim again. 
4. Once they have selected the venue of their choice, the participant must confirm their details and will automatically receive an email with their single-entry voucher for one person. Once selected, the venue cannot be changed. 
5. Participants must print and present their voucher on arrival to their chosen venue. 
6. Unless otherwise specified on the swim voucher terms and conditions, the voucher will expire on June 15th 2025, which will be specified when emailing the offer to the participant. 
7. Participants will be automatically entered into the Annual Family Swim Pass Prize Draw. One entry per person, per email address. 

6. Annual Family Swim Pass Prize Draw: maximum of 1 of 10 (total) Swim Passes to be won, to the maximum value of €360. 

All valid registrations and entries to the competition will be entered into a Prize draw, which is selected at random. 

1. All participants will receive an email from the Administrator within 3 working days of registration, to the email address provided, confirming their entry into the Annual Family Swim Pass prize draw taking place on May 15th 2025. 
2. Winners will be contacted by the Administrator, within 7 working days of the prize draw date. 
3. The winners have 14 days to accept this prize, by responding to the email to confirm their full address. If they do not respond by email during this period, they will lose the right to claim their prize and an alternative winner will be drawn. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner. 
4. Winners must contact TLC concierge team every month to confirm the swimming venue, date and time of their booking for their family of 4 at birdseye@tlcrewards.com and they will arrange the booking. 
5. Prices must be between €5-€10 pp, otherwise TLC may refuse booking and an alternative location will be sourced.
6. All annual swim passes will be activated from June 2025 and will expire by the 31st May 2026.
7. Spa's and day passes are not included as a swimming venue.

7. No cash or other alternative reward or prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward or prize of equal or greater value. All single-entry swim vouchers are not for re-sale, and cannot be auctioned, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The swim vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 

8. Swim Voucher Terms and Conditions: 

1. Venue terms and conditions can be accessed before booking a free swim at www.birdseye-freeswim.ie/venues . Individual terms and conditions of use shall apply to each swim voucher depending on venue and form part of these Terms and Conditions. The list of venues remains subject to change. 
2. All single-entry vouchers are valid until 15th June 2025, unless otherwise stated in individual venue T&Cs. Please take note of expiry dates prior to booking. 
3. Anyone using a voucher who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (where applicable) who will be required to purchase a full price adult ticket. 
4. Participating venues reserve the right to change business hours. Venue access is subject to availability and venues may require customers to contact the venue to book their entry in advance. Participants must inform the venue at the time of booking that they hold a free swim voucher.
5. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged free swim vouchers. Lost or stolen free swim vouchers will not be replaced. Original free swim vouchers only will be accepted, and photocopies will be rejected. Free swim vouchers must be redeemed and surrendered upon entry. 
6. The cost of travel to and from the customer’s chosen venue and all other costs and expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, additional tickets, food and drink are excluded from the offer. 
7. The Promoter and Administrator shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of the swim venues and all queries relating to these venues should be entered directly with the venues. 
8. Free swim vouchers are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
9. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility should any injuries occur during the free swim. 

9. It is the responsibility of each participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their Reward. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects claim of their reward. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. 

10. Participants who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid. 

11. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. 

12. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate participants, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the swim voucher or the Annual Family Swim Pass except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the swim voucher or Annual Family Swim Pass and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Participants’ statutory rights are unaffected. 

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, at any stage. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation which is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 

15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 

16. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling all prizes. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of the promotion, unless the consent of the participants has been obtained. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be stored for up to 3 months from the promotion end date, after which it will deleted. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their personal data as described here. 

17. These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland. Any disputes must be referred to the Irish courts.
